BSQ partner Roger Sahota has secured a suspended sentence in the Crown Court for a client accused of downloading thousands of indecent images.

After a raid on his home police discovered several thousand illegal images and files on P’s computers including Category A material. P, an IT professional, later pleaded guilty to several offences of “making” or downloading indecent images. P was represented throughout by BSQ partner Roger Sahota who presented mitigation on his behalf at the Crown Court securing an out of court disposal.
