Sexual Assault Allegation Discontinued

Following a pre-charge intervention from BSQ partner Roger Sahota, a police investigation into allegations of sexual assault have resulted in no further action being taken. BSQ partner Roger Sahota was instructed to advise and represent the client, a Management consultant of good character at the police station. Following an extensive BSQ investigation producing a number of witnesses relevant for the defence, representations were made to the police Rape and Serious Sexual Offences (RASSO) unit before a decision to terminate the investigation was taken.
