Berkeley Square Solicitors Take Over Berkeley Sahota Website
Berkeley Sahota website owner Roger Sahota is pleased to announce the establishment of Berkeley Square Solicitors together with partners Daniel Godden and Goran Stojsavljevic.
Berkeley Square Solicitors was set up by Roger, Daniel and Goran in the spring of 2016.
Daniel is both a civil and criminal litigation specialist with over 10 years of experience who is regularly instructed in complex white collar cases being investigated by HMRC, SFO, NCA and the FCA. Daniel was previously a Partner and Head of Serious Fraud at a Tier 1 law firm in Central London. Daniel is described by the Legal 500 as a ‘fantastic lawyer’ who is ‘first rate’ with ‘encyclopaedic knowledge’.
Goran Stojsavljevic’s practice focuses on representing both individuals and corporate bodies investigated and prosecuted for serious and financial crime. In the recent past, Goran has acted for clients in some of the most complex and publicised cases brought by the Serious Fraud Office, Department of Justice (USA), HMRC, New Scotland Yard, National Crime Agency, Interpol and Europol.
